PRIVATE HOMEOPATHY CONSULTATIONS

A detailed, individual consultation with time to understand what has changed, what keeps recurring and what matters most to you.

You do not need to arrive with the perfect explanation. You can come with one concern, several concerns, or simply the feeling that your health deserves a more complete conversation.

WHY PEOPLE BOOK

Some people come with a diagnosis they have lived with for years. Others are trying to make sense of several symptoms that began at different times. Some have already seen different practitioners and still feel that nobody has had the time to hear the full sequence of events.

What brings people to consultation is often the wish for more context, more continuity and more time.

Rather than reducing the appointment to a checklist, we build a picture of how your health has changed over time and what may be worth paying attention to now.

WHAT MAKES THE FIRST CONSULTATION DIFFERENT?

The first consultation is approximately 90 minutes. That gives us enough time to slow the story down and look at it in sequence.

1. What changed?

We begin with the reason you booked and when it started. What was happening around that time? Was there a clear trigger, gradual change or recurring pattern?

2. What else belongs in the picture?

Sleep, digestion, energy, stress, previous illnesses, family history and other concerns may or may not be relevant. We explore them without forcing a connection.

3. What matters most now?

We identify the concerns that are having the biggest impact and what you would most like to understand or change about your current health experience.

A WIDE RANGE OF HEALTH CONCERNS

These are examples of the kinds of concerns people bring to consultation. They are not a definition of who can book, and they are not an exhaustive list.

  • Eczema, dermatitis and recurring skin concerns
  • Psoriasis
  • Allergies, sensitivities and hay fever
  • Asthma and respiratory concerns
  • Digestive problems, IBS, bloating and SIBO
  • Menopause, perimenopause and hormonal concerns
  • PCOS / PMOS and period concerns
  • Thyroid and Hashimoto’s concerns
  • Arthritis, joint concerns and sciatica
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Sleep problems, fatigue and low energy
  • Stress and emotional strain
  • Several apparently unrelated concerns
  • Recurring childhood health concerns
  • Children’s sleep, digestion, skin and allergies
  • Developmental concerns, ADHD and autistic children

Your concern does not have to appear on this list.

If you are unsure whether your situation is suitable for a consultation, you can use the free introductory call to ask before deciding whether to book.

FROM FIRST CALL TO FOLLOW-UP

You can begin with a free 15-minute introductory call. It is there to help you decide whether a full consultation feels appropriate.

  • Free introductory call: ask questions and briefly explain what you are looking for
  • Initial consultation: approximately 90 minutes
  • Individual case review: your history is considered as a whole
  • Follow-up: review what has changed and what needs further attention

HOMEOPATHY DOES NOT REQUIRE YOU TO STEP AWAY FROM MEDICAL CARE

You can continue seeing your doctor, specialist or other healthcare professionals while having a homeopathy consultation.

If you take prescribed medication, continue taking it as directed. Any decision to change prescribed treatment should be discussed with the healthcare professional responsible for it.

HOW CONSULTATIONS CAN BE ARRANGED

When a remote appointment is appropriate, consultations can be carried out by video or telephone.

Some people prefer video. Others would rather use a normal phone call. Either is fine.

This is simply an appointment option — not the focus of the consultation itself.

No pressure to use video

If you are more comfortable speaking by telephone, your consultation can be arranged that way.

You do not need a camera or specialist technical knowledge.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to know exactly what I want to discuss before the appointment?

No. It is enough to know what has prompted you to seek a consultation. The first appointment gives us time to clarify the history and decide which parts of the picture deserve the most attention.

What if I have several diagnoses or several different symptoms?

That is fine. Many people book precisely because several things are happening at once. You can discuss the main concern as well as the wider health history that may be relevant.

What should I prepare for the first consultation?

You do not need to prepare a formal medical summary. It can be useful to have a list of current medicines and supplements, important diagnoses, previous treatments and any dates or events you think may be relevant.

Do you work with adults and children?

Yes. I work with adults, children and families. For children, a parent or guardian is involved as appropriate.

Can I continue with my current doctor or specialist?

Yes. A homeopathy consultation can take place alongside your existing medical care. Continue prescribed medication as directed unless the healthcare professional responsible for it advises otherwise.

Can the consultation be by telephone rather than video?

Yes. If a remote consultation is appropriate, you can choose telephone or video. You do not have to use a camera.

What is the free introductory call for?

It is a short conversation before you commit to a full appointment. You can briefly explain what you are looking for, ask how consultations work and decide afterwards whether you would like to proceed.

Start with a free 15-minute introductory call. Tell me briefly what has brought you here, ask your questions and decide whether a full consultation feels right for you.
